You must not use Kiwi Page to break the laws of the State of Delaware in the USA.
You must read and agree to Kiwi Page’s privacy policy.
Kiwi Page reserves the right to close your account without clause.
You cannot use Kiwi Page if you reside and pay taxes in the State Sponsors of Terrorism. This includes Russian Federation, Belarus, Cuba, North Korea, Iran and Syria.
You cannot use Kiwi Page if you reside in the states supporting or ignoring the war in Ukraine. In addition to the states listed above this list also includes Serbia, Bolivia, Nicaragua.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiwi Page from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of Kiwi Page.
For paid accounts Kiwi Page charges a fee in USD. Kiwi Page can close your account if your payment is late by more than 90 days. You can always cancel your subscription.
